Data Center
Our data center is hosted in a Tier 2 Hosting facility in Southern California that is monitored 24/7 by experienced Microsoft Certified network engineers. Access to our VMWare, virtualized servers is monitored and controlled by armed security and accessible only by authorized personnel utilizing biometric scanning. We have fully redundant servers, networking backbone, power and Internet connectivity to ensure 99.99% uptime of our systems.
Training
We have a tried and true training program for all of our employees at every level. We provide multiple training modalities to improve the effectiveness of the learning process. We have created our own online university and mentoring programs to ensure our employees have access to not only their required training but newer and more detailed training materials to grow and prosper as their skill set improve allowing them to move up through the organization.
Computer Technology
Every retail location has a VOIP phone and Intranet to allow constant communication with the Corporate and management staff and fully remote monitored and dedicated POS machine that allows us to have instant access to customer data, sales, and timecards at a corporate level but also allows them to work offline in the event their Internet connection is temporarily severed, automatically updating once the connection has been restored
Custom Intranet
Our custom written secured Intranet allows our employees confidential, personalized messaging and training. Each employee is issued their own credentials ensuring they receive each message that is intended for them and allowing them access to the most current policies, employee manuals, videos, forms, benefits, surveys, company information, store locations and training materials.
Reporting
We utilize Microsoft SQL databases and reporting tools to provide detailed and exception based reporting, customized to the needs of our customers. Our reporting background is Internet based and can be easily exported into familiar applications such as Microsoft Excel for deeper analysis and charting.
